My family and I had an amazing experience at Hawaii Jiu-jitsu Academy while visiting Big Island. Our boys took their kids class and not only they had fun, but learned a lot. Professor Moku is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and runs a very well structured kids program. The adult class seems solid as well. The academy is spotless and everyone was so friendly. Professors wife, Keala, was so welcoming to us and we all just had a great experience. Would absolutely recommend this academy if you are in Big Island, Kailua-Kona area.

Had an amazing drop-in class here while visiting Hawaii ($25). The professor is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, with a calm and clear teaching style that makes every technique easy to follow.
I was the only woman in the class, and all the training partners were extremely respectful, helpful, and supportive – they took the time to explain everything in detail.
The dojo itself is spotless, spacious, and well-maintained, creating a great environment for training.
The atmosphere is welcoming, professional, and full of positive energy.
